Expressions of Interest now open
Kāinga Ora, with Ngāti Toa and Porirua City Council, is looking for artists to help shape Cannons Creek Park.
We’re inviting expressions of interest to create cultural elements for a park that reflects the people who live here - their stories, identities and everyday lives.
This is a chance to contribute to a shared community space in Eastern Porirua, with work that connects to place and belonging.
We welcome both emerging and experienced artists, including collectives.
Selected artists will design, fabricate and install work for the park, with support from Kāinga Ora and guidance from Ngāti Toa. Community voices will be part of the process.
EOI closes: Friday 10 July 2026
