You’re invited - come check out Esk development before construction starts

Over the last three years, we’ve been doing significant civil and infrastructure work on our Esk development site. From building new roads to installing larger, more resilient pipes, cables and lighting. All important mahi which lays the foundation for the new homes to be built.

This work is now complete and to celebrate we’re opening the site up for local community to see and experience Wellington’s largest redevelopment site before construction starts.

Join us from 3.30 pm at the Esk development for an afternoon of kai and fun activities for the whole whānau.

Bring the whole family down to walk, bike, scooter and skate the new roads, and check out the whole site which aims to deliver over 100 new homes for Porirua East.
